Default Custom parts for Beretta M9/92

I just picked up a Beretta M9 and I wanted to add some "performance" parts to it. I already ordered some hammer and recoil springs from Wolff and I was wondering if anyone has ever "customized" an M9. What parts did you use and where did you get them. Theres a ton of M9/92s out there and they are very popular but I'm having trouble finding parts.

    Might look at:

    Even CDNN:

Could join the Beretta forum; http://www.berettaforum.net/vb/index.php and see what they can do for you.

FWIW, I shoot my M9 stock (aside from an action job I did), and when fed ammo I make that has the proper diameter for its and many other M92/92FS barrels (Use .357" jacketed/.358" lead), accuracy is very, very good without any do-dads. Lots of folks like to add a skeleton hammer, extended mag release, and do a very simple trigger job adding a "D" spring. Some folks like to add a barrel bushing, or compensator, but be advised doing so will most likely void any factory warranty you may have.

Personally, I feel the bushing is a waste of $$$, and until you go with a custom match barrel with a slower twist and .355" groove diameter, work on the frame with rail inserts, and do other touches, using well assembled ammo that compliments its generally generous dimensions is what I find maximizes the pistols great potential for accuracy.

Lastly, Here is a great link to what can be done to the military M9 to gain max performance that I bet you will find interesting.

    Good luck!

Lets see it stage by stage as you get it customized the way you want it. I've seen some pretty fancy Beretta 92s/96s my Brigadier Elite has some custom features to it lighter trigger, Inox barrel with thinner grips and night sites. Lets see what you can do with the 92sf as a base.
