The Youngsville Vol Fire Dept. will be holding its annual gun show Sept. 11 - 12 2010. Public is invited. Location is one block north of US 6 west of Warren, the fire hall is visible from US 6.

Show times are Sept. 11th 9am to 4pm Sept 12th 9am to 3 pm

Admission is $5.00 per person, children under 12 free when accompanied by an adult.

Door prize is a Henry .22 Lever action.

More than twice as big as before. The YVFD added on a new truck garage that's bigger than the social hall and both it and the social hall are filled with dealers today. Nice show for a firehall show.

Some dealers' prices are crazy, others are selling. One dealer with bulk ammo had 9mm for $12 a box, 40 S&W for $16 a box, and deals on 223 and 7.62x39. They had 91/30s for $99 for round receivers and $115 for hex. I think it's the same guys that were at Bradford the end of August.

One dealer had a NIB Winchester Model 70 in 270 WSM for $595. That's a deal.

OTOH, another dealer had a Blue Sky imported M1 Garand "never fired" for $1300. Ouch.
