    Simple answer IS yes...But......

If everyone knew the law it would be that way.

while PA states that county, municipality, etc, cannot enact laws regulating the carry of firearms, not all people know that....and you may receive hassles because of that, to include arrest and other things,.....

Keep researching, and make your decision upon your own info.....

He didn't ask for an opinion. He asked if it was legal.

thank you all for the replies. I will *assume* its legal to carry. I ask you folks because of the same reason we all ask questions. Most people in "authority" positions dont know shit. I dont have any intentions on carrying into those buildings, but I am building my understanding of a few things.

It's absolutely legal. State law does not prohibit it, and townships may not enact their own regulations.

Guilford township is very clear on this matter, and if you find that Greene needs an education, that can be arranged.

thanks gnbrotz. Its cool to see someone who lives near me on the board. If an issue arises, I will be sure to post about it.
And I do appreciate markheck1's response to my question. he elaborated on his thoughts, and thats always good.
