    Default I'm thinking of OC

I CC about 16 hours a day, everyday. I carry a Ruger LCP in my pocket, and have been considering OC for several reasons, first of which being how important it is to support our rights. Any tips you have for OCing and also, any guns you prefer to OC? The LCP is a bit rediculous looking in an OWB holster, which I use during the winter.

Based on your location, I feel obligated to inform you it is the stated policy of the Philadelphia Police to detain and prone out anyone OC at gun point until they ascertain the status of your LTCF.

Tip: Be responsible. Be prepared. Be comfortable. Definitely get some kind of firearms training (if you haven't already). Know the laws / rules.

I know I missed some stuff and several people will chime in.

The 2A does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not INFRINGE our right.

And what are your "other" reasons?

OC is not something to do because all the cool kids are doing it, especially in Philadelphia.

I know the PPD can be very stupid sometimes, but I live in Philadelphia, and I can understand their mentality about a MWAG. However, I have always gotten along with every officer I have come into contact with, and think that I could handle the situation. Besides, most of my OC I would do outside of Philthydumpia

Maybe you could start by going to the picnic on the 23rd?
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

    .
    My other reasons are:
    1. It is more comfortable to have an OWB holster on.
    2. I am concerned that I lack stopping power from a .380 and would go up a caliber or two or three .
    3. To help spread awareness of PA firearms laws.
I could think of a few others if I wasn't being lazy right now

    Be confident.
Know you are in the right, know your actions are legal, know they're Constitutional, know you have nothing to be ashamed of, know you may be harrassed by morons or attacked by Police officers.
