I think you might find he is a more frequent visitor to PA OpenCarry...

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Not sure if you got a hold of Rich or not, but I had the same issues. Email seemed to be the most consistent with a good week or so lag. There were times where the lag was significantly more though.

    Build quality was GREAT
    communication was NOT

Rich is definitely still around. He transferred two guns for me last month and has a couple of my guns he is also working on. From my experience, Rich will not take a job on without letting you know he only works on guns part time and as his schedule permits. I also know he was having quite a busy spell with a lot of personal stuff going on. I would suggest a polite voice mail and email. He will get back to you.

    1 year ... 6 months.

Mine was a lot longer than those (longer than that combined).

    My two comments.

    1. He is horrible at communication
    2. He did GREAT work

I was definitely impressed with the his build quality on my AK (an SBR). The waiting and no response sucks bad, but I was definitely happy with the work.

hipower ... you might be right but I was definitely lead to believe that I would have my gun back before the 2 years it took.
