    Default Astra A-60

Found a nice Spanish Astra A-60 at my LGD. Nice double stack 380.
Hopefully will try her out this weekend.

Good looking Pistol. I hope it performs well at the range. Replacement parts for Spanish
guns might be difficult to find. Astra's are well made. Before they went out of business
they made the Pony model pistol for Colt. Please give us a range report.

Had an opportunity to get to the range and try her out last night. What a sweet shooter. Ate 3 different brands of target 380 without a hickup.

to the LGD. Those Astra's where really made well. I think you found a really good one.
    Congratulations!

Exclamation Re: Astra A-60 trigger return spring NEEDED!

    Howdy:

I just now signed up. The A-60 is a really great carry piece. I have had mine for 10 years now. 2yrs ago I had an "aw shit" moment @ the range. the trigger return spring broke - better then than later! I sent the gun to my favorite shop & they had it 1 year and could not repair it.
Does anyone know where I might find a spring (must be reliable) or gunsmith who might be able to help?
Also, I may not be posting this on the right discussion/place...any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, John C.

You waited a year for a spring?

You need this chart to be able to order the spring.

    Try Numrich gun parts corp.

Some of the parts are also compatible with the single stack ASTRA Constable.

    Good luck!

Astras are Sig clones. Look into the spring for a P232.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
