Pennsylvania is 26/100 Or two stars of four.

While Pennsylvania has some common sense gun laws, including the requirement of Brady criminal background checks on all handgun purchasers, more needs to be done to stop illegal gun trafficking, according to the Brady Campaign.

In the organization’s 2010 state scorecards released for all 50 states, Pennsylvania earned just 26 points out of a total of 100.

Here are some things that we did not get points on, I think the EXTRA CREDIT/DEMERIT is the most disturbing part of all.

I looked through the list and most of what I see is nonsense. I can't believe they are still throwing around the "Gun Show Loophole" bullshit. None of what The Brady Bunch propagates is common sense, contrary to what they say.

Under the state preemption they gave PA 1 point for "OR Some local control of regulations." What local control do municipalities have? Do they count Philly? Discharge ordinances?
