Have that one ... very reliable, surprisingly accurate. Love it.

And also this ^. You already have the gear and shooting time/training (I hope) for the CW, why not just pick up a CW45? Got mine for $400 new. Seems like a slam dunk.

    Commander-size 1911.

I carried a Para Ord P13-45 for years.

I carry my xd 45 compact in the colder months. IWB holster or a custom made belly band holster.

The Glock 30 is pretty awesome. Just be aware it's a double stacked mag and will be noticeably thicker than the Kahr.
I carry a G30 and really like it. However, as stated it is thick so might take some getting used to. You may want to look into the slim frame model.

Another thing- I added a scherer grip to extend it so my pinky can grip it.

Depending on where I am, I carry either a 5" Springfield XD .45, or a 5" Smith and Wesson 1911. No problem concealing either of them with normal belt holsters.

    I regularly carry a 5" Norinco M1911 IWB.

    I'd stick with the RIA.

If you think it's too big, look into either one of the compact RIAs, or if you're willing to spend the money, a Springfield MicroCompact.

Both my boyfriend and I carry full size 1911s. I conceal, he doesn't. I don't have a problem concealing it. Neither does he, he just refuses to; he's one of those open carry weirdos.

I carry a 6" Ruger .357, IWB and OWB, OC and CC... No problem... If you would like a .357 instead of your RIA, let me know lol Never know when you might need the extra inch!
