    Default Photo for Bucks LTCF?

Looking on the sheriff's web page, it doesn't mention that I need to bring a photo (I'm turning 21 in two weeks, so this will obviously be my first permit, not a renewal). The only things I need to bring are apparently a driver's license or other state ID, and $20? How's the photo work?

That's just silly, you can't possibly steal a part of a person's soul that way.
