    Love It!

Everyone that agrees should stop in and let him know that we are behind him.

When the boys were small, we made sure that they were well behaved in restaurants. We had many people stop by the table to tell us how nice it was to see them being so good and not disturbing the other diners.

It bugs the hell out of me when my husband and I go out for a much deserved fine dinner and it is ruined by squalling, noisy, ill-behaved children.

Last time we went out, I asked to have my table changed, not once but twice because of unruly kids.

I hope the consequences of his decision are favorable.

Here's a little tip for you... next time you want to enjoy a nice quiet evening with other adults....

it's about time!! I love kids and plan to have a handful of my own when the time is right but loud kids in restaurants annoy the hell out of me. Great example: Saturday night my girlfriend and I went to Jioios in North Huntingdon; Greatttttt pizza!! but the kid two booths down had some toy that made different sounds when you pressed different buttons ( you know the type) and it was so obnoxiously loud!! so it was about that time to start planning the evening...so I started texting a few friends. I set my phone on the table and just let it DROID....DROID....DROID away for about ten minutes. The mrs was giving me looks but she knew exactly why I was doing it haha we finished our delicious pizza and left promptly.

side note: Jioios in North Huntingdon is great and the service was really nice...I'll go back in a heartbeat. All 3 of the jioios are amazing lol

I doubt it would be financially viable. But I would like to open a movie theater that is 21 and over ONLY. Regular mainstream films.

    Assigned seats on the ticket.

The show starts at the posted time not the trailers and commercials.

Ushers will be in the theater to remove those who are disruptive. Cell phone goes off, you will be escorted out. But I figure the 21 and over and what would be a higher priced ticket would keep out those who are normally disruptive at theaters.

After the house lights go down no more entry. If you leave to use the restrooms have the usher stamp your ticket for re-entry.

To bad it will never happen.

A crying baby is one thing. Sometimes it'll take a little bit to get them settled down. But I think too many times people let their kids run wild, it doesn't matter where they are.

I had a good teaching moment with my 3yr old girl not too long ago. I was in a store, and there was a kid about her age throwing a temper tantrum in the back of the store. You could hear this kid no matter where you went.

I asked her if she heard the little boy, and if she thought he was being a good boy or a bad boy. She said he was being bad. We had a little talk about it as we walked through. She strives to be a good girl and not behave that way.

Maybe if more parents actually made an effort, unlike the woman in this store, to actually discipline their kids, restaurant owners wouldn't have to take such measures.

My philosophy on temper tantrums in kids, because we occasionally have them at home, but never in public, is that if they want to do it, they'll do it while standing in the corner. Eventually they'll settle down, but they're not going to get any attention from me while it's happening.

I dunno. The one that bans kids and welcomes gun-tooting maniacs.
