Chip, only county treasurers can issue doe tags, you can't buy them at Walmart or other issuing agents.

A-5, you probably need to look at the county websites for business hours. Most likely, it will be 8-4:30 but might be something else.

Anyone else surprised at how slow 3D sold out this year? kind of surprised, maybe less hunters in the woods this year then normal?

I was surprised how long some of the WMU's lasted before selling out. And some of the ones that usually go quick, didn't.

Not sure why. Gas prices keeping folks closer to home? I didn't check, did they offer more tags in some of the units? Fewer nonresidents apply?

All I know for sure is that I got what I wanted.

Has anyone received any antlerless tags for 4A or 5B? My checks were cashed for my son and I for both rounds but I have not received either yet.

My son was a mentored youth last year but he did not get to see anything. Now he is a jr license holder and is set for archery and rifle. I really want him to get something.

funny you say that dredly,me and my friend were saying the same thing, last season i was in the 127 SGL there was snow on the ground,i did not see 1 human foot print in the snow nor did i see a person walking in the woods, we think all the hunters went west and the people that are from this area now dont hunt or like hunting eather.

I got my check in the mail on Monday and my tag was awarded Tuesday.
Am I eligible to mail in for a 2nd tag or did I miss that opportunity by being late to the game in the first place?

Same here; I got my round 1 tags for 4A on Saturday. I am hoping to get my 5B tags so I have them for the first couple days of archery.

I'm 41 yrs old and I just got into archery in the Spring because my son wanted a bow for his birthday. I can honestly say that I have never been so excited for deer season.

My brother in law took my boys to Lehigh treasury and they refused doe tag sales, they do not sell them. Can I still mail them in and get the tag or is it strictly over the counter in 5c. I have mailed them in the past and when over the counter started they stopped mailing them, but that was before the computer prints them out. Does anyone have a answer on that one. Just another reason not to go to Allentown now.
