Holster Questions..
Could anyone suggest some holster options for a Glock 19 Gen 4. I currently carry IWB with a DeSantis Tuck This 2 Holster. Its a decent holster but was looking for something a little higher grade or better quality. In addition, if anyone could recommend a OWB holster which is still concealable that would be great. Thank you for your responses....

Re: Holster Questions..
I personally carry and have no problem concealing all of my pistols with Blackhawk SERPA CQC holsters. Great retention, easy to draw from.

But that's just me. I'm sure more people with chime in

Re: Holster Questions..
Most of the holster makers take about two months to deliver. It is worth the wait if you want a good holster. My favorite is the Alessi MOB Talon.

Re: Holster Questions..
My EDC is a Glock 19, carried in an OWB Kramer Horsehide Belt Scabbard - 90% of time or so.
Only when I really want more concealment do I use one of my IWB holsters (4-5 to choose from depending on clothes, mood, etc....)
Lots of good holsters being made today, good luck with your search.

Re: Holster Questions..
I'm a big fan of Mitch Rosen gunleather:

I have two of his 5JR Express holsters. Good workmanship & quality materials. For the price of an off-the-shelf holster, like Galco or DeSantis, you can get a custom holster from him; and you WILL be able to tell the difference. I'm not sure what his backlog is, but you can get them from Dillon Precision faster.

Re: Holster Questions..
+1 on that.
I'm a big fan of Mitch Rosen stuff as well, particularity iwb at the moment. The ARG is awesome if you like iwb, and I used an Upper Limit for a while too, which was really nice, even though I'm not a big fan of a straight drop.
They also have an express line, which is very reasonably priced top shelf custom leather.
However, when I had a Glock 19 I used a Crossbreed Supertuck or a Galco Silhouette.
My 19 in a Supertuck
I don't have a picture of the 19 in the Galco but this XD is just about the same size gun.

Re: Holster Questions..
I have several holsters made by Rudy Luzano of Black Hills Leather in Laredo, Texas. http://www.bhlstore.com The quality and workmanship is superb, and he stands behind his products. He can make any custom changes to any of his holsters that you can ask for and he won't charge you an arm and a leg to do it. I have a BHMR, IWB tuckable holster that accommodates a Glock with a Surefire weapon light attached. It didn't even cost any extra to do the modification to accommodate the weapon light.
When you get it, the fit will be so tight that the gun will almost not fit. Oil the inside of the holster and leave the gun in it for two or three days. After that the gun will fit like it was born there. It gives a good, tight, secure hold that still manages to be fast drawing. Two of his holsters are several years old at this point and still have that perfect fit. They are BH75 Belt Slide models.
$90 may be a bit more expensive than most galcos and desantis models on the market. When you pick up and handle one of Rudy's, the quality of materials and workmanship are far and away better. You'll realize that $90 wasn't that much to pay for what he can make you.
Can't say enough good things about his work. As if it wasn't obvious. The M1. Smackin' the bastards since 1932.
