    Yachera, this thread is four years old; the new castle doctrine law was not in effect when that reply was written.

    However the issue is now relevant: given that you can use a suppressor for home defense without fear of complications, and there's an abundance of reasons to do, how many people will choose to do it? How long will it take for this logical choice to become commonplace?

    Your question is actually going to be re address in another for now CLASSIFIED legislative effort, to make sure that it won't be a problem for someone in the future.

    That is IF we do our part to get this CLASSIFIED game changer legislation enacted its going to make CD effort for passage seem easy and offer MUCH more freedom from fear of complications to PA.
