Re: suppressor laws in Pa. ?
Yachera, this thread is four years old; the new castle doctrine law was not in effect when that reply was written.
Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

Re: suppressor laws in Pa. ?
However the issue is now relevant: given that you can use a suppressor for home defense without fear of complications, and there's an abundance of reasons to do, how many people will choose to do it? How long will it take for this logical choice to become commonplace?

Re: suppressor laws in Pa. ?
Don’t think you know, really UNDERSTAND the answer about what (HB 40 Castle Doctrine) Act 10 of 2011 does or doesn’t do.
Read summary of CD here in OP
Castle Doctrine 2011-12 session Activist effort – Please Help
http://forum.pafoa.org/pennsylvania-...ease-help.html
Along with fixing what was removed in final passage of the so called Castle Doctrine, to address this problem of Disparity of Force.
HB 1860 - Disparity of Force – Rep Saccone's Upgrade to Castle Doctrine
http://forum.pafoa.org/pennsylvania-...-doctrine.html
Your question is actually going to be re address in another for now CLASSIFIED legislative effort, to make sure that it won't be a problem for someone in the future.
That is IF we do our part to get this CLASSIFIED game changer legislation enacted its going to make CD effort for passage seem easy and offer MUCH more freedom from fear of complications to PA.Learn how to really SUPPORT the 2nd Amendment cause Go To http://www.foac-pac.org/
