Requirements for LTCF/CCW in Lehigh?

Am likely to get my LTCF...any problems in Lehigh, how long does it take, etc.?

Rossi is pretty good about getting LTCF issued before the 45 day deadline. Just go to the Sheriff's office on Hamilton and fill out the form, they take your picture and your fee. Less than $40 IIRC.

So long as you can pass a PICS check there is no reason why you shouldn't be issued a PA LTCF. PA is a "shall issue" state after all.

Got mine in about 30 days no problems seems fair to deal with.

I had no problems last summer. It took less than 15 minutes to fill out the form, pay the clerk, & get my picture taken. The LTCF arrived in the mail after 5 weeks. It was a new application too.

Residents of Pennsylvania must apply in their county of residence (or the Phila PD for Phila residents) Per §6109 (b) of the PA Uniform Firearms Act.
