    Default Sarco Inc. Grand Opening

I just saw an ad in the Express Times, Sarco Firearms is having a Grand Opening this Friday & Saturday. They are located at 50 Hilton Street Easton.
610-250-3960 Wzzo broadcast Sat 12-2. It is a catered event. Friday 6-24 from 10am-5pm and Sat 6-25 from 10am-5pm. The ad also says Prizes - Giveaways- Live Music. bricks of 22 LR at cost. 5% of everything. It is worth a look.
Remember the HBO series The Pacific, the grand prize this weekend will be a 1903A3 Springfield Rifle from the series.

I am not an employee but I do enjoy going to Sarco to see some of firearm history from around the world.

I stopped in there a few days ago. Good selection of rifles from all over, and interesting mix.

They also carry Stag ARs. Had some russian made 7.62 russian bolt action rifles, lots, and on the cheap, too.

I guess they moved over from DPRNJ? Interesting place. There's a large indoor shooting range going in down the road a little ways, too.

I stopped by Sarco's new store a few weeks ago. It's much nicer than their NJ store and very convenient if you travel Rt. 78 everyday. Friendly knowledgeable workers, good supply of used and new guns, not to mention gun parts. I ended up leaving with an AR lower, can't have too many AR lowers!

I just wish they would advertise their hours better.

This is the second time that I went there only to find a sign on the door Closed. The first was Black Friday.

Both times I checked the website and it said nothing about being closed on the biggest shopping days of the year.

A big thumbs down to them.

Sarco seems to be like the Northampton County version of the Army Navy store. Same type of complaints. Also, sketchy hours. Not sure I am going to spend any more time there other than my one visit.

Most of their surplus stuff is way too expensive. Sometimes 5 times retail elsewhere, although usually closer to 50% too high.

When was the last time you have been to Army Navy? You might want to check things out as there are definite changes there.
