ISSC M 22 Made in Austria
I was at my local gunshop last week and they showed me a 22 pistol that was made in Austria. It looks and feels almost like a Glock 19. It's also about the same size as the Glock 19. It felt like a well made gun to me so I bought it.
After getting it home and cleaning it I was really anxious to shoot it. First I decided to see if I could find any reviews on it. Much to my dismay I found quite a few bad reviews and a couple of good reviews but I thought that maybe I had made a mistake.
Went to the range with all different kinds of 22 ammo, determined to find one that would work.
Started off with CCI mini mags. 200 rounds without one mishap.
5o rounds of Winchester Wildcat, no problems.
100 round of Remington Golden bullets. no problem.
50 rounds of cheap Federal 22, no problem.
By this time the pistol was getting pretty dirty. Tried the Wildcat 22 again. Had three failures to extract out of the next 50. Cleaned the pistol, and fired another 50 rounds of wildcat 22 without a problem. Needless to say I am very happy with my new purchase.

Good - I've seen more good posts than bad about this pistol.

Re: ISSC M 22 Made in Austria
I did the same thing. I was looking to get a P22 and suddenly while i was deciding over the course of Multiple trips A M22 showed in the case. I paid little attention to it but Held it on the 2nd time I saw it. 24 hours later and almost 24 hours of straight research Both good and bad (found little bad that was not from someone who could be shown to have a Bias) I put my deposit to Bring it home. (has to wait till the safe is home. Fingers crossed for tomarrow if the Shipper is to be beleived.) I plan on taking it to the range the first chance I get to put rounds thru it. (also have 5000 rounds of CCI waiting to be picked up) The only Bad I found was one person saying the Barrel broke from the Frame After almost 20000 rounds on a Blog. With that being said about 5 months later he posted about dealing with the company for repair/Replacement. He expected that they would Charge him for or tell him it was nonrepairable. From what i remember I think he recived a Letter that explained that it would take a little time But that his Gun should arrive at his Local shop with a explination of what was done. The end result was that ISSC sent him a Brand new M22 and a thank you letter and an offer of another New Replacement M22 if he can put the rounds thru it to Have it fail again as it was unreplicatable in the Test Lab. So i dont know if you would consider it "BAD" But that was how the 1st post left it.
I do not have the Link to the Blog. This is all from memmory It was only a few months ago But i cant find it. So Please take this with a Grain of Salt and what it is. A story Passed down. LOL

Sorry I can't do pictures. The price was 249. Bud's gun shop had them listed for 199 not to long ago. It looks just like a Glock 19.
