    FNX or FNP?
    I almost purchased a FNX 9 but went with the HK P30. I shoot Federal Hydra-Shok 124gr.

I like my FNX-9 but their customer service sucks. I received a bad mag in the box. It's now been 2 months... still no replacement. I'm now shopping for another pistol and can say it won't be an FN no matter how much I like the actual gun. I never fault people for making mistakes... only neglecting to fix them.

I have Hornady CD in both 9mm and 380ACP and always keep one mag loaded with it in each caliber.

Hornady critical defense is good, personally i use Gold Dot .40 180 grain. Kicks like crazy, but obliterates what it hits. Then again we're talkin different calibers... just figured I'd add that Honady is good, also check Gold Dot if you like hollowpoints for defense.
