Two good encounters on my first day of real OC

I have OC'ed before, but it has been mainly on gun related events, or briefly while sitting down at restaurants after taking my jacket off. Otherwise I've been shy about OCing.

Well, today I said "fuck it" and decided to go OC all the way. I stopped at the local pharmacy first. This one in particular was robbed last week. The female clerk asked me if I was a cop or just liked to carry. I told her that I wasn't a cop and chit chatted with her for a while. She told me that she wanted to get a LTCF after what happened the week before. She also thought that the gun had to be concealed. I explained to her that it doesn't and explained to her the procedure to get a LTCF (real easy in Lackawanna Co.). I went back to the car, got the PA Open Carry brochure and gave it to her.

After that I went to K-Mart. That was uneventful. On the way back, I stopped at the grocery store. While I was at the bakery section, I saw a guy giving me "the looks". I thought to myself "here we go, an anti about to freak out". A few minutes later, while I was at the frozen food section, the same guy approaches me and asks me about my gun, mainly what make and caliber it was. We had a really nice conversation. It turns out that he owns a business close to the pharmacy that was robbed and was thinking of getting a firearm for self-defence. He said that he already has an LTCF and wanted to know about good concealable weapons. And I thought that he was an anti, go figure.

First day of full OC and two good encounters. It couldn't gone any better.

Congratulations!!! I am generally experiencing the same things since I started (about a year ago). Either no one notices, or they are just curious.
