I don't remember an 'original manufacturer address' area on the SBR form and know damn well I didn't put it down when I did my Krinkov cause I don't know his address.

It is box 4a on a form 1. On mine, it was "D.P.M.S. St. Cloud, MN USA. This is already stamped into the receiver by the manufacturer. You only engrave your name or trust name, city and state. For an imported weapon I would call the atf or email and get it in writing. You wouldn't want your form bounced back and add time to the wait.

You list who made the reciever, If hk did list them, if it's a vector list them ect. Check out ithinkimamedic's sticky on the SBR process

what is engraved on the reciever is heckler & koch inc, trussville,al. i'm trying to make sure that i don't need to have a complete address, such as a street number.

    That's all you need.

Don't worry about a street address.

NO, If this is a form1 you will engrave your name and city, state, not HK's. What ever reciever your using should all ready be engraved with the manufacture. Unless your machining the complete reciever from scratch.
