Motorcycle (Harley) repair in Philly?

I need new wheels and tires. Barb's quoted me $1700 for the parts, and $250 for labor.

I got the parts for $1100 online shipped from another Harley dealer who has a web store.

But I'm still looking for someone who will follow Harley torque specs who can mount and install the tires and new brake rotor for me for less than $250 on a freakin 20 minute job.

Any recommendations?

Almost any dealership could do that job. Doesn't need to be HD.

Bike came with spokes. I got a screw in the front tire going about 20 miles an hour. The tube blew out instantly. If I was going faster might be dead. Wanted to switch to solid wheels to run tubeless and have at least a few seconds warning next time.

Hell, I could do it myself, but I'd rather pay a professional to make sure the job is done right (just not $250). Problem with any dealer is that they may not know the proper torque specs. But I'm not asking only for harley dealer recs. Anyone who knows a good wrench who does things the right way, not the easiset way, no matter where (in or really close to center city) would be helpful.

A nail or cut shouldn't deflate any slower on a tubeless.

It will, though. A tube can pop, immediately expelling all the air and instantly flattening it. A tubeless will just leak air out of the hole.

Plus, I wanted new rims anyway and this is the excuse I gave my wife so shaddupayaface

Why did you run tubes in solid wheels? All that does is reduce the speed rating of your tire one level.

Old school. Don't trust tubeless or even really care for billet wheels. That fatboy had the solid wheels I polished and one FXSTC that I had in 84 had a solid rear wheel.

I switched out my laced spokes after the first flat, why, because you can't simply plug and go with tubed tires, I carry a plug n repair kit with a few CO2 canisters to get me going. Of course I don't just ride around the neighborhood all the time so such a kit is a great thing to have. Kept me on the road until I can get a new tire a few times, although a plug in a front tire garners a quicker change. I've gone a few thousand on a back tire plug.
