    Default CeaseFire Pennsylvania

We've been uncovering some interesting items in regards to our friends at CeaseFire Pennsylvania over the past week:

New CeaseFire Board Member may be a well known Internet Troll

Existing board member is also a UFO nutter

    Also a 9/11 "Truther"?

It's always a good idea to know thy enemy, no matter how weird or kooky they may be.

That is absolutely hysterical. Thanks for the links.

It's pretty amusing to see Alex Riley outted for being a bigoted jerkoff, and trying to cover up his cached hate.

This Open Letter to CeaseFire PA is great stuff.

Hmm a closed minded, bigoted, poor debating skills board member of ceasefire? Hell why are we making a stink, I think we NEED more people like him on the ceasfire boards...let them get all the idiots they can, it just makes it easier for us to look great any time we have to debate against then

    Wink Re: CeaseFire Pennsylvania

Why is it that I'm not the least bit surprised about any of this?

If Alex Riley is "NRAfourever", the strangest part is that a guy who's tied American "hero mythology" (a topic of his "Scholarship" at Bucknell) to gun ownership would then try to antagonize/mock those he's supposedly studying by creating a site like that, that's very bizarre.

The UFO person probably just wants to disarm us to clear the path for her extraterrestrial friends. As they said in Mars Attacks: "Aaaaaaaccccckkk"

LOL...nice find! If I were a UFO Nutter, I think I would support guns, I'd put a bullet in the first little green guy I saw!

Something to consider is that if any more, less circumstantial, evidence comes into play. Word should be passed onto the Ethics Committee at Bucknell. Granted, it takes a lot more than bigoted and unintelligible satire to phase a tenured professor. It's still worth making a stink out of.

/Scratch the tenured part. He's only an Associate Professor and of Sociology no less. Funny how University's always seem to have a wealth of these crackerjack professors who specialize in unemployable fields. The real question here is if Mr. Riley can say "Would you like fries with that?" in French?

I don't know about Riley specifically or how Bucknell does things, but usually an associate professor rank means that the guy's got tenure.
