    Default Black tipped .303 Brits?

I've come across some black tipped silver bullet .303 brits and can't seem to figure out what type of ammo they are. The boxes most of them were in are labeled Trac. Lichtsp. made by FN Herstal, and in pen labeled 10 Gr. unique, or black tip low loads, and between all the rounds there are 3 different headstamps,VPT 38, VPT 41, and F N 50, wich leads me to believe they may not have originally come from said boxes. Any info would be swell.

Thanks, I gave up on searching the net and just went to the range and used the old string trigger approach. Turns out they are explosive spotting rounds, and alot of fun.
