Oh, right! They did have that period of time where they were charging, what, $19 for the license instead of the $25 they should have? I vaguely remember some threatening letters being sent out about it. I never experienced that myself, but then again, I was asked to pay (and did pay) the correct amount.

Yeah, I paid $19 back in 2008 then got the letter asking for the additional 6 bucks.

I don't know what to tell ya, I got it it two and a half months ago. I remember it was specifically $19. Maybe ill get a nice letter in the mail asking for another dollar. Ill go in and pay in pennies
