    Default Canik (CZ knock-off)

Anyone seen these? CZ 75 copy out of Turkey. Not sure how I'm feeling about them.

I'm thinking that for the money (perhaps actually selling in shops for around high $300's to low $400's?), there'd be no reason I'd consider this over a CZ. If I saw one at $299, I'd probably go with a used CZ. In other words, as nice a gun as it might be, CZ already has the proven track record. They'd just about have to be giving them away for me to buy one. Interesting though, and definitely news to me. Thanks for posting!

Everything I've seen out of Turkey so far has been pretty good! Hopefully that's msrp and not what they will really be selling for - no reason to buy a knock off for that $

You make "knock-off" sound like a bad thing.. lol

BTW, the CZ-75 is a knock-off of and modeled after the Browning HiPower. lol

With the subject at hand - I'd buy one. I'm a cheap mo-fo..

I really didn'y know another way to put it at the time. Now that I've had time to contemplate and reflect on the title i should have said "copy."

Please forgive my spur of the moment, lack of vocabulary brain. LOL!
