Default Outdoor Sportsman Club or Liberty Sportsman Club?

I'm looking for a club but I'm not sure which is best in the State College /Bellefonte area. I'm looking for a range with as little needless restrictions as possible..you know what I mean. Liberty and OSC are the two I've heard of. Opinions? Experiences?

OSC = $$$$$ but close to State College
Liberty = $ but is a little drive (20-25 mins) from State College
