Need Help From GSG Gurus (GSG 5p question)

I have (and love) the GSG 5p pistol. I'm very interested in getting a fake supressor for it, and love the look of the GSG SD rifles that are out now. They do sell a GSG SD conversion kit, but it is for the rifles, and I'm afraid it won't work on my 5p pistol. I always assumed I could just purchase a fake supressor that would screw right into the threads that my GSG 5p flash hider currently attaches to, but in researching this further that does not appear possible. It looks like perhaps I need a GSG 5p thread adapter, and then I can screw a fake supressor onto that? I have no experience in dealing with supressors (fake or real) previously, so this is all new to me. How could I go about getting that same GSG SD look on my 5p pistol?

You can do either.
The fake can part is easy. Never did the conversion, looks like you would also need the rifle barrel to do this.
But remember, you can not add a stock to your weapon to make it a true SD clone since it is a pistol. You must SBR the weapon by submitting a Form1, finger prints, sign off from chief of police, passport sized photos, and $200 check to the ATF and wait about 4-6 months for approval. Then you can add the shoulder stock.

Thanks for the help. I'm just looking to go with the supressed look up front right now; I will be keeping it a pistol (no stock).
