License to carry
Is the approval instantanious now? I have heard that a few people went to the courthouse and walked out with their permits?

Yes, walked in with filled out application and walked out 10 min. later with LTCF.

I did the same. I was prepped with all the forms and paperwork. After a quick phone call, a picture and a signature I walked with my ccw permit.
