    Default Glock 17 Drum Magazine?

I've seen vids online of people utilizing drum type magazines in their glock 17s. Does anybody know if/where these are available for sale? I want one primarily for use in my sub 2000 carbine, which accepts G17 magazines.

    Subscribing to this thread.

33 rounds is sometimes just not enough in my Sub2k.

Promag (and maybe colt) make one for the 1911.

I can see those may have been developed for some of the select fire 1911 test weapons, but dont know about a successful one for Glocks. If one did exist, Sub2K owners would be all over them.

Here's one of the videos in question.

So they obviously exist, the question is can you find one?

How do you blow $60-$80 in ammo in less than 10 seconds ? Yeah, I'm just jealous.

It's a cool idea, especially for a Carbine but if you read the reviews everyone gives it one star. I would like to hear more on this product but I think it's going to be unreliable.

I guess that would be an open carry if being used for a self defense weapon?

In that video that rwb posted, I can't help but notice that the magazine did not lock the slide back on empty

Very cool, though, even if owning one would bankrupt me in ammo fees in very short order

    Regards,

    Bones
