Help legalize semi-auto in PA HB 347 2011-2012

Hey, I'd be happy if you added a "3" to the end of .22. I don't even care about mag capacity. I'd be happy for only loading a single round as long as I was permitted to hunt varmints in PA with a .223 AR.

ARGGGGGG! What about trappers using a .22 semi auto handgun for dispatching critters??????

What about being able to use a semi auto pistol to shoot a coyote you jump up on your walk in the gamelands or on Farmer Bob's 300 acre farm you have permission to walk and shoot "varmints" on- like using your carry pistol? You weren't intending to hunt but up pops a "varmint" and you can safely shoot at it. You don't need hunter orange to hunt coyotes, and I think groundhog hunting is exempt of that too. So what if you shoot a groundhog with a 9mm or a coyote with a .45acp?

Either way we have a thread right now about a June 9, 2011 public hearing on sunday hunting.

So as not to distract from this thread efforts about legalizing some semi-autos for hunting.

Could you ask the question there about Sunday hunting or even make arrangements to ask you question to the Reps in person at the hearing about their stance on Sunday hunting instead.

This is the first I have seen of this, and I am fully in support of lifting any of the semi auto restrictions we can get lifted.

As usual, my rep is already a sponsor.
