Re: Form 1 Lancaster county
Which is fine if it was done out of professional courtesy and not in an attempt to deny people an avenue of LEO approval for their NFA aplication.
(Disclaimer- following the rules of the NFA in no way constitutes an endorcement of their validity; it only shows a desire to maintain a continued state of "not being raped in prison")

Re: Form 1 Lancaster county
I know of no-one who was refused by the Sheriff.
Although, that doesn't mean the reason he asked this was or was not nefarious.
I do know of two municipal chiefs that had revoked their signatures during pending transfers because of this request. The transferees' had to resubmitt thier forms to the Sheriff for the signature.
It only delayed the process so much longer.Wouldn't you like to know what's in my safe.
