I have a real problem. And it is the SW1911E. Look at this ridiculous sexy pistol. I just got a PT1911, and I really like it. But it isn't in the same ballpark as that stupid S&W. The Taurus is like taking a pretty girl to the prom only to find out you could have nailed the head cheerleader instead.

ARRRRGGGGHHHHH! I need some of you level headed types to tell me to just walk away, nothing to see here. Stupid to have both guns. Something like that. Help a brother out.

I'll see what I can do:

If you think about it, just a little while, it'll be gone, and in the hands of someone else (probably one of us here), and at least for now, you'll be out of "danger". I mean, that'll work, as long as the idea of someone else snatching up the gun, that by virtue of all that's right with the world, has your name on it, doesn't bother you.

I can't really say how I'd feel, because I know the rewarding feeling that the words, "start the paperwork" can bring. The smile that comes with knowing you're leaving the shop with your latest pride and joy. I know that if I wait, heck, you might end up with that gun. I guess this is a case of "do as I say, not as I do".

Renegade... I was there Sunday. Didn't see the E but I did see the teaser Ruger in the front case. I had the dignity to just walk on by it. Barely.
