Next Membership Meeting is Dec 13 at 8PM....You must also attend an orientation/qualification meeting on Wed 12/12 at 7:30 in order to join on the 13th. You should bring a pistol along to qualify, if you want to shoot centerfire as well as 22 lr bring the centerfire to qualify!

Well that stinks.... I close both days ( what days are orientation and meeting next month? maybe I can request off in time.... Thanks for the quick response...

There is going to be a new member orientation next weds at 7:30pm. Anyone interested in checking out or joining the club should shoot me a PM.

General Membership meetings are always the second Thursday of every month with new member orientations being on the Wednesday before.

We had a great meeting yesterday evening and accepted 9 new members. The process will be the same for next month with the new member orientation being on the second weds of the month and the general membership meeting being the second Thursday of the month.

OK, So after cheking my rotation at work I will never be able to make it to both the second wednesday and thursday of the month... Is it possible to come on wednesday and submit my application and not be present on thursday?

Sure, we can do it two ways. We can have a special orientation date on another day, or, you can attend this month's orentation and then come to the general membership meeting the follolowing month.

Maybe already answered previously...but I"m curious...define "qualify" per CRGC standards.

I've been going to Classic Pistol last couple of years...due to renew...but I have no allegiance to them. Might be convinced to change.

Qualification is a very vague process. The requirements are very simple, 10 rounds on a peice of paper at 30 feet. However, firearms safety and etiquitte are much more important when considering a person qualified.
