In that general area, for stocking dealers and transfers I'd go with Bear Paw Arms in Mount Pleasant.

For just transfers, there's an FFL in Saint Marys, but he may have not have renewed this time; I could find out if you want to use him. He did a transfer for me about four years ago.
There are other NFA dealers in WPA, but I'd personally not use them.

I'm in Erie. I stock various brands of suppressors and handle transfers for other items.

i can vouch for bear paw arms just got a serbu super shorty from him (my christmas present to myself) he's anal about the paper work. he doesn't blow smoke up your tailpipe promising fast turnarounds and generally knows his stuff about form 4 transfers.

Veronesi Gunsmithing
205 Oak Avenue
Seminole, PA 16253-1221
I bought an Uzi & part off Tony. Great guy to work with. Never had any gunsmith work done, but I was impressed with his shop. I know he makes suppressors.

Re: Class III dealers in NW and Western PA?
I've used Bear Paw Arms (BPA) once. I hate having to post this, but I personally won't use him again.
A couple years ago, I bought a suppressor from a dealer out of state and BPA did the transfer. The transfer was fine. But my problem with him was when at a gun show that he was set up at, I found out he had been trucking my suppressor around to gun shows and putting it on display without my permission.
He never owned that suppressor, it was simply passing through. It should have never left his safe. I've asked other C3 dealers and other NFA item owners, and most everyone seemed fairly shocked that he would do that and agreed that that was entirely unacceptable.
Also, a friend later tried to use him for a suppressor transfer from the same guy out of state. He tried to jack up the transfer price on him significantly, so we started a search for a new C3 dealer.
Now we're using a guy in Butler named Paul Shanor. My friend had a transfer with him without issue and I'm in the middle of a transfer with him myself. I would use his services again.

I second the recommendation for Paul Shanor.
I spoke to Dave whenever I was considering purchasing a suppressor. I was purchasing from a third party and wanted to transfer it through Dave. He charges extra for the transfer if you don't buy the item from his stock.
I ended up going with Paul.

Shanor- prices for the MG's were way high. Dont know about tranfers so I cant say. BUT- I saw Dave in May, told him that some folks had never fired a full auto. He took them both and let them shoot a ppsh-41. Not a your everyday gun.I also told other dealers that day but Dave was the Only One that even offered a chance to shoot anything..

Shanor charges $50 for a transfer from a 3rd party. Dave wanted $75 for the transfer because I wasn't purchasing the item through him.
