Default Sig P226 .40 threaded barrels?

Does anyone know if anyone manufacturers Sig P226 in .40 barrels with threads? I am looking at pistol suppressors and trying to see what threads they offer.

Being that it is almost impossible to Silence a .40 no one really make stuff for a .40/suppressor/ silencer, if any body has it it would be Top Gun supply or Sig check out their websites and see.

agree with the above statement! .40 is not a very silencer friendly round. If you want quiet trade the .40 for a 9mm or .45!

or just 9mm. one of the guys from Gemtech explained to me himself why even .45 is not the ideal platform for a suppressor. 9mm......when talking true pistol rounds....(excluding .22 lr).....is the way to go for utmost in quietness.

Do what I did. get a threaded conversion barrel from EFK Firedragon to shoot 9mm out of your sig .40. cheaper and quieter.

That is exactly what I wanted to start with! The 9mm conversion, but the model TopGun use to sell was no longer made by the manufacture.

I actually had intentions of using a .45 suppressor and using it for all smaller calibers, including .40 and 9mm. I just wanted to see my thread options and what suppressor models would work with what handguns.
