    I always figured that they did not, due to the "no weapons" sign. I wil make a trip down there tomorow to verify one way or the other.

    Hopefully this works. I can forward the email which includes the .pdf if anyone wants to see the original as I recieved it. This should be it though.

    The last part of "section 1" states is hereby repealed and replaced by...

    In 103f they allowed the "excepting firearms" in as a change.

    Still can not discharge a firearm in the park however...LOL

    I saw this thread come back alive and I thought they had another meeting and changed it back. I did not want to go back there again.

    The threat of possible charges is the only reason they backed down. Several voted No because they knew there was going to be enough votes to change it.
    The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
