What is the bucket or tub for? I figured I'd clean the bore out using the same basic process as with the inline, minus being able to remove the breach plug. Just swab the barrel with a BP solvent until the patches are clean. Or get fancy and try one of the foaming products Thompson Center labels these days.

Good ol soap & water works really well. After awhile you'll get sick of spending money on solvents and making a mess.

yeap, just debarrel the stock.
set it flash hole down in a buck of HOT water(don't even need soap), and run a patch down on the rod and start pumping.
teh patch will syphin the water up the barrel.
20-30 strokes and you're done, pull it out of the water and run a few dry patches down it to get most of the remaining water, the now well heated barrel will dry it's self teh rest of the way.
grease it and call it good.

I just drop the barrel in the bathtub full of hot water and then swab the bore with dish soap.......take it out and she's dry in minutes. Then lube and store.
