For the range?
The cheapest shit you can find. And I do mean that. Tulammo is cheap at Wally World, even cheaper online. I put at least 1000 rounds of it through my new (gen 3) Glock 27, and a bunch through my 19. No ill affects at all.Selling off a a sizeable Spyderco collection here

Anything really.

This. I've shot Pakistani surplus through mine...
No. I'm not kidding!
Mine particularly likes Golden Sabre's. Close second with a little more flash and recoil are Speer Gold dot's in +P. But of everything I have tried the GS's are the most accurate thing I have put down the pipe thus far.
Most of what I target shoot with is Federal. I stacked it deep when it was cheap and am slowly burning through it still.

Re: What ammo is good for glocks?
I won't run steel or aluminum cased ammo through my guns. Just a preference of mine. All of the brass that I have run through my 22 and 27 has never given issues. Remington, Winchester, Federal, Blazer brass, independence, PMC bronze, even Double Tap ran fine.

Re: What ammo is good for glocks?
The company line: "GLOCK pistols should only be used with quality factory ammunition that contains jacketed projectiles and is loaded to CIP/SAAMI/NATO standard pressures. Do not use handloads or reloaded ammunition."
(I like Speer Lawman for the range.)
