NR Permit
What are the requirments for getting a NR permit? I am a resident of SC and have a permit here.

Hey leehop.....here is a link for info on the Range Permits....they have a link to the site for you to buy and d/l the permit. Looks like the same price for every one.

I believe you now need to apply in person.
Which county do you frequent or is the most convenient to apply?
Basically you need the permit from your state, a couple references, $25, and some time.
No prints, or firearms training required.FUCK BIDEN

And yes, you now need to appear in person. You might also want to consider another state that would give you PA reciprocity (Florida, Virginia, Utah, Arizona). Consider yourself lucky; the only way for a PA resident to carry in SC is to own real estate there (SC doesn't recognize nonresident licenses, and only issues its own NR licenses to property owners).
