WV Mag.capacity?
Does anyone know if WV has any magazine capacity restrictions?

Re: WV Mag.capacity?
WV doesn't.
When you think of restrictive things, think of liberal states like NY, NJ, MD, IL, HI, CA, MA. Generally, if there is a negative gun aspect - it is only those states that have it.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Re: WV Mag.capacity?
Thanks for info, I'm kinda new to gun laws as a whole or in part. I have been soaking up info like a sponge, I just don't wanna have my rear end in hot water because of my own oversite. Better safe than sorry, thanks again.

This guy keeps up on the laws, highlights most pertinent laws in each state:

and look for Pack n Go, a trip planner with laws by state in case you are traveling:
