Me too.
Although it's not the first time I've had this issue on this forum.
Personally I think it's related to some type of server bottleneck, slow response times and such.

When my posts get hung up I close pafoa and reopen and posts are always there.

I've had quite a few times where I've typed a reply and hit submit to have the message come back that the message I typed was too short. The quote was there, but my message was not, and I'm sure that I wasn't typing inside the quote tags.

There is something strange going on, I agree with the person that said the DB probably needs maintenance.

The website was very slow last night when posting sending PM's etc etc but I haven't had any issues so far tonight. I am using Chrome from my PC as well as using the Chrome OS from a Cr-48 and had the problems on both.

I know my problems are not firefox related. As these issues only occur on this forum and this forum alone. No other forum gives all the hiccups that this one does.

Last night, it took close to 2 minutes for a post to complete from the time I hit submit to the time it showed it in the thread. That seems to be a server resource issue, while some of the issues seems to be a bandwidth issue.

This is what I was referring to, it looks as if it's hung up and not going to post so I hit "submit" a second time which then pops up a message that tells me I already posted that message and then takes me to the post.

I too am only experiencing this problem here on PAFOA and I use IE9.

I had the exact same things happen last night. All other web/forums functioning properly during teh same period of time.


ETA: I thought it was doing it again when I posted this. Hung up for a few seconds, but "went through".
Last night it took about 5 minutes for my post to be "submitted".

I agree, I am not having any of the problems today that I was having over the past two days. Perhaps the server was overloaded.


ETA: when I hit submit for this post, it hung up and I had to hit it again and it said it was already posted. So I rescind my last statement lol

In fact, I didn't even post THIS post at all. Yet here it is.

When you get the delay, hit the submit button a second time, it will tell you that you posted already and take you to the post.

Around 1pm EST today I had at least three different posts that took close to 2 minutes to complete.
