    Default C&R Renewal

I did not know where to post this so here here it is:

I have owned my C&R for better then 20 years. It comes up for renewal in a couple of months. I talked a buddy into getting his a couple of years ago. While talking to him yesterday he mentioned his C&R was up for renewal. He mentioned that it is now $40.00. No big deal there, but he did say there was a question on the renewal form asking how many guns have been purchased on his C&R.
    Anyone else heard of this?

When my C&R renewed two years ago there was a question on the renewal app asking how many were purchased and how many were disposed of.

If the fee has gone up it must be very recent. I sent my renewal in on 3/17 and it was still $30.00. And as to the question of "how many guns did you buy on your C&R license", I believe I've answered that question every time I've renewed. No biggie.

Thanks guys. I do not remember answering a question on how many firearms were purchased/disposed of. Must be "oldtimers" disease.

Mine expires in November. Do they send you a notification to renew?

It's the same... $30.00 (unless it's gone up in the past coupla months)
