Pittsburgh or Fayette County Fingerprints?

Just got my Florida Concealed Handgun Permit application packet in the mail today.

I was hoping some of you folks can chime in and tell me where I can get my fingerprints done in either Allegheny county or Fayette county.

Although I live in Pittsburgh, I frequent Fayette county becuase I have family there.

Also, what do you recommend? The electronic version or the paper fingerprint cards?

I was thinking that the electronic finger prints would be less likely to be sent back to me becuase of faulty fingerprint taking.

A note on this: When I got my prints taken, he tried electronic, but my ridges were not very prominent. He then tried ink and they were a little better and that's what I submitted to AZ and had no problem.

A tip the trooper gave me is to rub hand cream into your finger tips about a 1/2 hour before prints are taken; this brings the ridges up
