Fun, fun, fun! Saw a fist fight between 2 members of society duke it out at the reregisters today. East liberty store PGH. My problem was if this escalated past fists. I moved to stand behind cover with compact 9mm in hand but not drawn. I didn't know where this was going to go but I'll be damned if I'll go out like that. The tapes will show a white citizen watching very closely but not being provocative.

And while I'm on a rant, I have never and will never ask permission to protect myself or loved ones.

I suppose you did the right thing, but you'd have a problem if you had then been forced to use it. " you could have gone out the back door, right?" Would be the Prosecutors final nail in your cases coffin. Of course, there is the " defense of others" clause that you could use. It would work but, it would be an uphill fight.
