I picked up a muzzle loader stamp yesterday for 11buck's they only accept cash or check, must have photo id and hunting license also they had extra doe applications for those interested. this is the office to register boat etc.. this same building is where Allegheny county residents get the CCW and sportsman's handgun permits. i recommend parking near the market district of downtown and walk.
