    Default Sub Compact suggestions

I'm looking for a sub compact in .40 S&W or .357 Sig, any suggestions?
It's going to be used as a back up EDC weapon.

I was in a very similar situation about a week ago. I ended buying the M&P 40c and I am completely satisfied with it. I've fired the XD subcompact but found it to have more snap with regards to recoil. There is always the Glock 27 which is slightly smaller than the 40c but not by much if using flat base plate magazines on both. The 40c feels better in hand in my opinion. YMMV. I say go either M&P 40c or the Glock 27 based off which ever one you like better.

There if also the Sig P250 sub compact. Small form factor and it has a really nice double action only trigger. If you like revolver triggers then you'll love this one. If you like the glock boom button then you'll hate it.

I would definatly look at the G27 or G33. I carry a G33 regularly and its a great little gun. If you want to use either the 27 or 33 as a bug it would make sense to have a G22/23 or G31/32 as your primary because the bug will take the same ammo and accept the larger magazines that the primary gun uses. My $.02.

I have to chime in with the Glock 27 as well. What is your EDC, if I may ask?

I too am a big Glock 27 fan, either that or a Kahr MK40 or PM40.

I love me G26 so put me down for another vote for g27

Bonus points if your EDC is a .40 Glock so the mags will interchange

    What's your EDC?

If it's a glock or M&p then get the subcopmact in that "family" of firearms so you could/can interchange mags.....

If not, a snub nose of your choice. I know it's not in the calibers specified, but it disappears in the pocket and can be used as a primary in "summer wear." My $ .02 (which may be worth less....).

I'm in agreement. Light weight revolver for back up.
