My new Sig Mosquito .22

Here is my Sig Sauer Mosquito .22. I know this gun has gotten a bad reputation, but I haven't had any huge problems with the gun. They recommend using CCI Mini Mags with it, but I had more jams and FTF's with Mini Mags than I do with my normal ammo- CCI Blazer's. For being a .22, it is pretty loud- shorter barrel, LR ammo.

The only minor issue I have with it, is the trigger pull. It is definitely not a hair pin trigger. But it is something that I have gotten used to, and you can still squeeze off quite a few rounds quickly in a tight grouping.

I picked up a Mosquito at the VF gun show in Dec and put 100 rounds of CCI through it last weekend, with no issues. Everything I've read is 50/50, so (for now) I'm in the pro column...

I use Federal bulk in my mosquito with no problems.

Looks good man! I have a walther P22 myself, it likes stingers and cci minimags.
fun as hell to shoot, get some barrel accessories!

Nice pistol. I bought one of these used from a PAFOA member about 2 years ago. No regrets... It has eaten everything I have fed it. I know there are some haters out there, mine runs very well.

We feed ours Winchester Wildcats, no issues.

The trigger does suck on it! I had someone hand it back once because it "wouldn't fire".. Yeah it does have a heavy trigger lol!
