I was planning on skipping out early on Friday, The header of this post states
it Opens at 12:00 and now I see on this site http://newsite.appalachianpromotions....aspx?tabid=58
It says 3:00 pm, anyone know whats right?? sure would like to quit early Friday

The Appalachian web site list 3pm to open on Friday while the OP here states 12pm for an opening time on Friday.

I'm pretty sure last years SAR show opened earlier then that 3pm Friday.
I do understand this is not billed as an SAR show however.

The SAR show opened at 12pm on Friday for the last few years at least. Wouldn't be the first time they changed the time and didn't update the site though, I remember last year they closed an hour or two early on Friday and didn't update their site, so a bunch of people made the trip in the evening for nothing. I was planning on stopping by at 12 on Friday, but if they don't open till 3 I won't be able to make it. Any vendors on here know what's going on?

Just curious as to why this show was so bad? I've attended the York show for the past 3 years and have always enjoyed going. Did the lack of SAR promotion this year have a serious impact on the amount of vendors (specifically black rifle related ones)?

I agree, wasnt what I was looking for. Did come away with 556 ammo can, ak mags, and an sks mag. I didn't see any pistols that jumped out at me, did see a few mosins that looked nice, but I know nothing other than cosmetics.
