I know i will be attending the Aghall show in Allentown. Not my favorite show but still a good show. The York show last 2 times i have gone has just been a waste of my time. No good deals, none of the Sar people are barley even there anymore and going to fade out I am sure...The allentown show at least will have guns and will be a place to get a deal if your loking for one! if not hit up the york show!

Here's a couple of helpful links about where the venue will be hosted at:

Directions to the venue in York, PA. HERE and HERE.

Fairground layout, with buildings and entrances, including the Toyota Arena HERE.

Interior of Toyota Arena, York Fairgrounds HERE.

Here's a link to the thread the last time York hosted a gunshow at the York Fairgrounds on February 26, 2011, .

I'm planning on going Saturday and wanted to look for night sights for my Glock 19. I have my VA CCW, but I was thinking about just open carrying while I'm at the show. I'm assuming they will inspect and probably put a cable tie on it. I seem to remember open carry is legal in PA except for Philly. Am I correct?

Open carry is legal in PA, including in Philly, you just have to have a license/permit to carry to open carry in Philly, unlike the rest of the state where open carry is legal without a license/permit. They will check that your gun is unloaded at the entrance but they don't zip tie them.

The transport part may be an issue. I don't know that transporting to a gun show for open carry is legal without a LTCF or a permit from another state that has reciprocity with PA.

PA has a reciprocity agreement with VA, so he's fine, as long as he he unloads the gun and mags and locks the gun up if he's driving up through Maryland.

Since I'm transporting with the intent to have work performed on the gun (night sights installed), I'm covered under Maryland code 4-203(b).
