    Default Is Schuylkill County NFA Friendly?

    Does anyone know if Sch County is NFA friendly? Specifically the CLEO signoff?

    Yes. They do take a bit to get the paperwork done, however before you leave make sure its signed in all the right places. I've heard of more than one person that had to have it resigned on the 2nd page.

    Thanks, I dropped it off on Tues 5th... I was wondering how long others have waited... FFL said a week or two probably... I will be doing alot of waiting but Im still anxious as HELL!!

    This bring a question to mind. We in our little community do not have a police force per say. We contract out to a small township. Who do I or anyone submit their paper work to for the OK ?

    Either your local chief of police or your county sheriff... Your decision... We don't have a Cheif of Police appointed here in Park Crest... Mahanoy City does which is only 2 miles away... But that isn't technically where I live?? I just took it to the sheriff's office...

    Schuylkill County is certainly an NFA friendly county. I know a man who was some hardware in this county that would make Rambo himself froth at the mouth.

    All you need do is take your paperwork to the County Sheriff and you should be good to go. I have yet to hear of the Sheriff in Schuylkill County refusing to allow lawful NFA stuff.

    Spoke with Sheriffs office Friday... My form 4 will be ready for pickup Monday morning!! YaY!
